520			_aBu çalışma, intifa senetlerinin özelliklerini, intifa senetlerinin türlerini ve intifa senetlerinin sağladığı hakları ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir. İntifa senedi kavramında yer alan "intifa" ibaresi sebebiyle bu senetler esas olarak eşya hukukunda düzenlenen intifa hakkıyla karıştırılmaya elverişlidir. Çalışmamızda intifa senetlerinin özellikleri ortaya konulduktan sonra eşya hukukundaki intifa hakkı ile intifa senetleri arasındaki farklar incelenmiştir. Ardından intifa senetlerinin türleri incelenmiştir. Daha sonra intifa senetlerinin sağladığı haklar genel özellikleriyle ele alınarak intifa senedi sahiplerinin söz konusu hakları hangi sınırlar çerçevesinde kullanabileceği açıklanmıştır. Son olarak, intifa senedi sahiplerinin hakları ihlal edildiği takdirde başvurulabilecek hukuki yollar incelenmiştir.
520			_aThis study aims to reveal the characteristics of dividend rights certificates, the types of dividend rights certificates and the rights provided by dividend rights certificates. Since the term "usufruct" in the concept of dividend rights certificates is likely to be confused with usufruct rights under property law. After the characteristics of dividend rights certificates were revealed our study, the differences between usufruct rights in property law and dividend rights certificates were examined first. Then, the types of dividend rights certificates are analyzed. Afterwards, the rights provided by dividend rights certificates are analyzed with their general characteristics and the limits within which the dividend rights certificates holders may exercise such rights are explained. Finally, the legal remedies that may be applied in case the rights of the dividend rights certificates are violated are analyzed.
