Bu çalışmanın temel konusunu 1960’lara kadar devlet için görünmez konumdaki<br/>geleneksel kadınların siyasallaşma süreci oluşturmaktadır. Bu yıllarda<br/>üniversitelerde başörtüsü yasağına karşı verilen tepkilerle beraber başlayan<br/>siyasallaşma sürecinin sebebi araştırılmıştır. Bu siyasallaşma sürecinin temel<br/>sebebinin 1950’lerden itibaren yoğun bir şekilde gerçekleşen kırsal bölgelerden<br/>kentlere doğru göç olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 1960’lara kadar farklı yerlerde yaşayan<br/>kentli kadınlarla geleneksel kadınların göçle beraber ortak bir mekânda buluşması<br/>sonucunda siyasallaşma da başlamıştır. İslam’ın siyasallaşmasının da benzer bir<br/>şekilde göçün yansıması olarak gerçekleştiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca 1980’lerden<br/>itibaren Türkiye’de hâkim bir konuma gelen ahbap-çavuş kapitalizmiyle beraber<br/>başörtüsünün ve İslam’ın kamu kaynaklarının dağıtımındaki etkileri de araştırılmış<br/>ve son yirmi beş yılda kamu kaynaklarının dağıtımında İslam’ın etkisinin git gide<br/>arttığı gözlenmiştir. |

The main theme of this study is politicization process of traditional women who<br/>were invisible for the state until 1960s. The reason of the politicization process that<br/>started with the reactions against the ban on the headscarf in universities during<br/>these years was investigated. It has been determined that the main cause of this<br/>process of politicization has been the migration from the rural areas, which have<br/>been taking place intensively since the 1950s, towards the cities. The politicization<br/>started with townswomen and traditional women’s who had been lived in separate<br/>places until 1960s meeting with a common space because of the migration. It has<br/>been found that the politicization of Islam takes place in a similar way as a reflection<br/>of migration. In addition, it is examined that the effects of headscarf and Islam on<br/>the distribution of public resources increased because of that crony capitalism has<br/>been spread and empowered since 1980s in Turkey. |
